You are not logged in.
You can vote any user to be president once per week (including yourself).
Every Sunday at midnight UTC, whoever got the most votes that week becomes president.
In case of a tie, the current president's vote is worth 1.5 votes. If this does not break the tie then the president will be chosen randomly from the tied candidates.
If nobody receives any votes the current president remains in office.

Hello, I'm a vowelless neither transparent nor translucent mammal of the genus Neogale. 
I made the first BMP encoder, which of course has its decoder. And then improved on them (encoder and decoder). I've made a game in powerpoint, that for some reason nobody else can play. And there's also the button that speaks math. Here are two baba is you levels that I made and really like. Also, I like quines. If you're wondering why my signature is green, see this.
