ix2445: Adventures in the Golden Nexus and the Rest of the Multiverse

The Golden Nexus is one of many Nexus Cities placed throughout the rest of the Multiverse and, perhaps still one of the least creative of their names, is among the greatest that you heard of.  And maybe among the closest, too, so it's really no surprise you want to head here.
You walk into a tavern.  In the tavern is a bartender made of ice and a near-hundred creatures of many shapes, sizes, and body types.  A few you may have recognized beforehand in a piece of media, but honestly who knows. The multiverse is big.

The question is, who are you and why are you here?

Quick ground rules!
-Follow the guidelines.  Keep it family friendly, spamming is a no-go, whatever.
-This thread is made exclusively for OOC discussion.  Discussion will open momentarily and is encouraged throughout the entirety of the RP.
-If you want to bring another person's RP into this, ask them I guess.
-There is a soft character limit of 5 per player.  If you're more active and/or the RP actually blows up, then sure I'll allow you to have more.
-real quick thing about worlds for those who aren't involved in the TBGs discord!  Nothing in other "canons" are allowed, or at least outside of the TBG forums.  What I mean is that you can like paint a world in "broad strokes" of another canon's lore, like you can have the Star Wars galaxy and the Force or Equestria or even Pokemon, but you can't have important canon characters like Firestar or Shadow or Xisuma unless they're part of the glue that holds the world together like Celestia or White Diamond or half the legendary pokemon in the Pokemon mythos.  This isn't meant to be a fandom-based rp and I stand by that, but I'll allow loose elements of other fandoms.
-Rules are subject to change via additions and clarifications.
-Have fun!

WORLDS

World Name:
World Tag (2-5 characters long):
Brief description:
Native races (List doesn't have to be complete!):
Other:

Aether
World Tag: ae4
Brief description: The continent of Aether is a landmass controlled by anthropomorphic animal species with control over the elements under several elemental-themed factions that seem to be somewhat tense with each other.  Also has a local Abyss on it.
Native races: Lions, Panthers, Martens, Racoons, Wallbuilders, Birds, Rams, Snakes, Polar Bears, Toads, Abyss Creatures (+More)
Other: based on Rivals of Aether, a platform fighter.

Backdoor
World Tag: ∞34K
Brief description: Beaker's personal pocket dimension, it supposedly lies in the boundaries between worlds. Very few are granted access to this enigmatic location, so it's a complete mystery of what lies inside, besides Beaker herself and her followers.
Native races: Unknown
Other: ?

Bretis
World Tag: BR-P
Brief description: Quite small, but still very populated. Has a lot of wetlands.
Native races (List doesn't have to be complete!): Frogs, Bees, Wasps, Geckos, Salamanders, Crocodiles, (+More)
Other: not much

Earth-29
World Tag: Earth-29
Brief description: It's pretty much a normal, real-life earth.  Time in this world tends to mirror real-life time unless there are characters in it.
Native races: Humans
Other: thats pretty much it

Earth-41
World Tag: 2vt
Brief description: 20-some years displaced in the future from Earth-29, Foxes have showed signs of sapience and have medieval-level technology for themselves going on.  Meanwhile, humans have been developing gateways, having only recently learned of an existence of the Multiverse at large.  Foxes, on the other hand, generally know very little.
Native races: Humans, Red Foxes, Artic Foxes, Fennnec Foxes (+More)
Other: x

Equestria
World Tag: EQ-P1
Brief description: Yeah, so that's where the ponies live. This one is set before the Defeat of Nightmare Moon. Ruling it is Celestia, although the world itself seems to be a death world tamed by the ponies into liveable lands.
Native races: Pegasi, Unicorns, Earth Ponies, Alicorns (Only Celestia and NMM), Kirin, Changelings, Batponies, Griffins (+ More)
Other: Yep, that's gonna have some friendship there.

Gemspace
World Tag: su-02
Brief description: A version of the milky way galaxy where the dominant species is an inorganic hard-light race that comes from a planet called Homeworld, just to confuse things.  The timeframe of earth is unknown.
Native races: Humans, Gems (+More possibly)

Golden Nexus
World Tag: GN
Brief description: A pocket dimension that holds a Nexus City that serves as a hub connecting most human worlds and various other worlds. Its original creators are probably not lost to time, but the sheer information and translation that one would have to wade through to get to the origin of the Golden Nexus makes it just about.
Native races: Denizens from all over the multiverse (or at least this cluster of connections) live in the Golden Nexus, and though humans are a majority, it could be difficult to tell.
Other: Its laws, rules, governing phenomena etc. try to accommodate as many races, species, beings, and entities as possible, so in some districts of the city, it can be quite dangerous, and many species are banned from becoming residents.

Golden Nexus WARZONE ORANGE (Common Name: Xaxis Technology cache site)
Location Tag: GNWZ-O
Brief description: A wartorn slum of the Golden Nexus. The conflict is fought by 3 factions (See FACTIONS field). This particular slum was created because artifacts in a large technology cache underground interfere with Peacekeeper transportation. It is this cache that the factions are fighting over. It requires several keys to open, and the factions fight to gain the ones in the other's possession. The landscape is known for its very resilient buildings, who's builders have stood the test of warfare admirably through their self rebuilding and regenerative properties. Air raids and bombings cannot level the blocks for more than 51 hours.
Mercenary work can be found from all factions, from fighting battles to assassinating officers.
Factions

IX
World Tag: ix
Brief description: A nine-star constellation that Earth-IX just so happens to be part of.  Set over 400 years in the future, the humans are on a rise to colonize the nearby star systems and the aliens are beginning to be aware about this.
Native races: Humans, AI (Earth-IX) (+More)
Other: Alien races can be from pretty much any planet you can think of, this is a very loose original sci-fi world that yall can play with.
*Earth-45 is displaced from a timestream that is further along than Earth-29, a slightly common occurrence in the grand scheme of the multiverse.
Sub-worlds: Deepest Black

Deepest Black (Officially as named by Earth-IX* Pioneers: ALEF 1239)
World Tag: ix-A1239
Brief description: One of many sunless planets in the multiverse. It has one large moon, which orbits it and warms it through tidal heating. It is covered in water, but due to not revolving around a star, the surface is hard ice, possibly thicker than earth's crust (sonar and other scans inconclusive, internal measurements pending). The combined astrology scientists of Earth-IX decided to select this planet for research, breaching the crust with an astronomical amount of power, and entering and setting up a Gateway before it froze over again. Now the science installation here explores the deep and black waters of the planet, with submarines designed to handle the immense pressure. Careful now, some non-scientist personnel say there's eldritch horrors down here.
Native races: If there is a sapient native race, they've never made contact with the humans. At least, it hasn't been documented. There must be something that swallows transmissions and disappears explorers. The dangerous life is plenty documented though.

Star Forest
World Tag: :STAR:Lly
Brief description: An odd forest with aquamarine leaved trees, silver grass and nonstop nighttime. Home to large clans and communities of animals in unnatural colors.
Native races: Cats, birds, arctic foxes, oncillas, white tigers, cougars, snow leopards, squirrels, Huskies, Virginia Opposums, sugar gliders, squirrel gliders, deer, raccoons, (+More)
all found in unnatural colors, usually in some shade of blue/teal or other color not found in that animal species irl.
Other: It's not complete darkness in star forest. There's enough starlight and moonlight to make out colors and see where you're going.
Additional notes:
-All animals there also happen to be sapient, and some are anthro. They also know plenty about the multiverse and do interdimensional bartering with other nexus cities and alien species, and also with their own kind.

Silvermist
World Tag: Silvx
Brief description: A subdimension of Star Forest that is a nexus city in its own right. Mostly filled with markets and farms. It's gateport can only let you go to Aether, Fontar, Golden Nexus or back to Star forest. Unlike star forest, the foilage in silvermist is chartreuse, and the area is covered in an inpenetrable surrounding of fog and mist.
Native races: same as star forest, except that a few Humans live there as well. Salumen occasionally visit silvermist to get a break from the war stuff going on in their universe, because war is prohibited there (though the occasional old-fashioned sword duel is allowed).
Other: this particular nexus city also goes by Silver Nexus.

Toria
World Tag: Tor
Brief description: A world similar to Earth both in appearance and the species that inhabit it, but unlike Earth the inhabitants of this planet can use magic through some currently undescribed magic system. Also unlike Earth, this planet doesn't have any set landscape, so feel free to make your own landscape as you please.
Native races: Humans, Goilen (+More)
Other: Similar to IX in that there's a very loose definition for this world and everyone is free to play with this world as they please.

Dazan
World Tag: Tor-Daz
Brief description: "Toria's desert continent  is notorious for its lack of landmarks, its rainswept sands create an ever shifting landscape. Plantlife often do not root permenantly, and the "tumbleweeds" one may see pass by are actually plants that are still living." (Long description here.)
Native races: (Pretty much the same as Toria)
Other:
-Dazan comes from another (as of posting currently unnamed and undeveloped and consists entirely of one word from Tymewalk's conlang) language of Toria that translates to "big" meaning this continent is just named Big.

Toxicoloa
World Tag: PB-CD
Brief description: A strange...pocket dimension of sorts? It just has a portal to the pocket dimension in place of just a planet. Anyways, the landscape is made out of entirely toxic elements(lead, cadmium, basically just about any toxic element you can think of), and the air is made out of entirely mercury vapors. Roaming the lands are elementals that are made out of the toxic elements that make up the landscape, and usually take the form of different species from other worlds. These elementals eat lots of the toxic elements that are in the landscape. They don't eat each other, though, but they REALLY hate each other and often have fights for territory.
Native races (List doesn't have to be complete!): Lead Elementals, Cadmium Elementals, Arsenic Elementals, Bromine Elementals, Polonium Elementals, Plutonium Elementals, Mercury Elementals (+More)
Other: Any elementals from this planet HAVE to wear a special hazmat suit when entering other worlds, in order to prevent accidentally poisoning others. Same goes for other races entering Toxicoloa.

(Characters are listed in alphabetical order by username, then name.)

cheesyfriedeggs

Joshua | 18 | Male
Race: Frog
Homeworld: Bretis
Description: A mostly light purple frog with a sea green apron. Has teal spots all over his legs and arms.
Other: He's a chef.

Username: cheesyfriedeggs
Jenna | 20 | Female
Race: Virginia Opossum
Homeworld: Star Forest
Motive: Finding someone to be friends with
Description: A small Virginia Opposum with dark green skin and blue eyes. Has barely any friends and came to the Golden Nexus to find someone to be friends with.
Other: Loves drawing and always keeps some sort of art material with her at all times.

ElliotTheUnknown

Enso Domin | 11 (Fontar), 17 (Earth) | Male
Race: Salumen
Homeworld: IX
Description: Enso is one of many members of an alien alliance of convenience called the Fontar Resistance, which aims to resist the inevitable hostile takeover of humans on his home planet of Fontar.  He is a scout on a mission for a powerful weapon- really, any weapon- that can turn the tides in their war against the humans invading them.  He is five feet tall and has primarily blue scales on his body.  He wears a light gray military jacket with the resistance insignia on his right shoulder, and has a stolen telecommunicator that allows him to communicate with English speakers.  He presents himself as very serious and uptight at nearly all times, but when his guard is down he becomes more laid-back, wisecracking, and generally commendable.  However, he has a disdain for humans and discriminates against them often due to having only seen the bad side of humans through war and conquest, believing himself to be above them when really he's just a scout.
Other: (see Salumen in the Races section)

Mestral | 4 | Male
Race: Red Fox
Homeworld: Earth-41
Description: Mestral is a fox who comes from a small fox settlement in Oregon he believes to have been wrongfully exiled from for crimes he claims to not know he committed.  He's mostly red, with a white muzzle and underbelly, black nose paws, brown ears, and yellow eyes.  His greatest attribute is his charisma- he keeps himself well-groomed, his voice is well-tuned for others, and he does his best to choose his words carefully.  He is also big on his wisecracks and his gestures, but make no mistake, Mestral is a smug and exclusively self-centered sociopath who has come to the Nexus by charming his way through a group of human scientists, planning to take a good part of the Nexus for himself and gain immortality while he's at it.
Other: x

Day/Dream | 25 months (approx. 19) | Male
Race: Husky
Homeworld: Star Forest
Motive: To try and reconcile with his alter to stop him from getting into trouble/To rid the streets of crime in the way that he sees fit.
Description: Day/Dream is a bright-colored husky whose fur, aside from the white underside, is split between yellow and purple by the half.  To cope with all the horrible things his mother put him through in his youth, Day's mind created Dream, causing him (if unintentionally) to suffer the worst of her actions.  Neither of them remember why they were abused by their mother (or at least Day doesn't), only that they were and they have to live with the scars it brought- namely, each other.  Eventually, Dream just busted them out one day and... never stopped running.  The sudden change in scenery made Day realize that something was off with him, so he sought a spiritual being in his community who basically just told him that he has two "souls" in his body and the other soul was the one that displaced him.  Realizing this, he stole a Grimore from a magic shop and used a spell to cast himself to the Golden Nexus to prevent Dream from suffering any more.
They now reside in Rusted Hopes and work in the Joyous Cafe together.

Day is an idealistic, happy-go-lucky husky on the surface, but it's only because he believes he's already been through the worst part of his life and sees it as something to enjoy and help others do so, as long as it's not at the expense of others. He can also be incredibly mature if and when he wants to be.  Dream, on the other hand, feels like he's too damaged to ever be happy again (and literally doesn't know what happiness even feels like), and thinks it's best that he dedicates himself to making sure nobody ever experiences suffering like he did, which just so happens to manifest in the form of going out of his way to deal with the people he sees problematic in an effort to better his loved ones' well-being.  Since they share a body, Day and Dream carry two phones on themselves, and sometimes text back and forth to communicate.  Day genuinely feels bad for what Dream was put through and created to be put through, while Dream doesn't care and thinks little of his alter, and deep down kind of wants to find a way to kill him to keep their body for himself.
Other: an honest attempt at making a character with Dissociative Identity Disorder, though a simplified one at that.  Real people with DID tend to have several more alters, though two is definitely possible.

Faressain

Firewing | 22 pony years | Mare (Female)
Race: Pegasus
Homeworld: EQ-P1
Description: A red-coated pegasus mare with white mane, violet eyes and sewing kit made of gemstones as a cutie mark. She also has an ornate gem dress that she uses for races, with the ruby representing 'flaming wing' on it.
Other: The fact she's called Firewing, and she's supposed to be a stylist instead of flying in races says much about her.

John Stalwart | 21 years | Male
Race: Human
Homeworld: Unknown
Description: John wears a black, tarnished nylon jacket and white shirt, as well as blue sweatpants, with two stripes of white on its sides. His skin is hispanic, and eyes are blue. Has a broken leg, so he uses a big stick as a makeshift crutch to walk properly.
Other: I see him become an unicorn due to unexplainable accident.

FlashFire

Aster | 20 | Male
Race: Human
Homeworld: Toria
Description: A little taller than average, mostly in his fairly long legs. Straight brown hair that probably needs to be cut soon. Wears a well-used leather jacket, and a backpack.
Generally fairly serious, though still rather outgoing. Studying a magical engineering degree at his hometown's university (on break right now though). Did some subjects at school to learn about some of the more 'fun' magics (you know, mini fireballs and stuff), but most of the things he knows are really more useful alongside a computer.
Other: I wanted to make a character in a fantasy-Earth world but can't be bothered to actually make the world myself

Joyous Theta

Dee J. Partieson | Unknown | Female
Race: "Funkian"
Homeworld: Unknown
Description: Looks exactly like a human, except for the fact that they have light green skin and hair. Wears a jacket with a shirt underneath that has a big peace symbol on it whilst they project a shadow against the ground. Always has headphones resting on her shoulders no matter how impractical it may be, currently not plugged into anything.

Victor | 4 / 25 | Male
Race: Larvencarc Queen / Human
Homeworld: Unknown
Description: Wears a purple hoodie with the hood up 99.99% of the time, white gloves, a wooden mask with eight holes in it, rain boots, light blue pants. Basically has no fashion sense.
Other:

Glen | 66 | Male
Race: Goilen
Homeworld: Dazan (Toria)
Description: 7 foot 2 inch, dark purple in color, usually wears overalls and a stereotypical train conductor hat.
Other: A master of engineering, both magical and mundane. Has spent his life working on a giant, mechanical sandworm resembling a train that he has dubbed "Coalworm." Currently hopes to stock up and supplies and perhaps obtain some sort of 3D radar and maybe some other technology from more futuristic worlds. Though he doesn't see combat, he wields a pistol with bullets enchanted to spike rocks out whenever they hits a solid surface just in case.

Inkmold | Unknown | Whichever they wish
Race: None
Homeworld: Unknown, likely to come from outside the multiverse entirely (if that's ok).
Description: Like some sort of trickster god in a sense. Very charismatic and plans very far in advance, but anything involving them will most likely end up poorly for their own amusement. Technically mortal, but basically impossible to match them in any mortal activities due to their ability to redefine themself at will unless of course they want them to.
Other: Kinda stupidly OP, but I'll be restraining them a lot. Pretty much evil, but not relevant enough to be a villain.

Username: Joyous Theta
Marta | Adult | Female
Race: Weird humanoid fuzzball??
Homeworld: Unknown, and there isn't likely going to be a known one but maybe later?
Motive: Greed to a large extent. Wants to steal valuable things from others through means of physical assault.
Description: Brown furred bipedal creature with a small scar who's strong to a comical extent where she's able to lift entire buildings and kind of a nosy jerk. A bit stupid which leads to her doing stupid things that would most likely not actually work out.
Other: Just arrived at the Golden Nexus, so nobody knows her yet. Here to hopefully cause some early plot.

Scratchykit-Iolitestar

Lunastar | Somewhere around 20 moons | Female
Race: Cat
Homeworld: Star forest
Motive: all she wants to do is explore.
Description: Purple (not solid-color) cat with neon blue eyes. Born with a spell casting wand in her jaws.
Other: not the exact "nicest" cat on earth. Usually ignorant and always solid focused on whatever thing she's doing.

Username: Scratchykit-Iolitestar
Sienna | 5 months (human), 13 (salamander) | Demigirl
Race: Salamander
Homeworld: Bretis
Motive: To find a new place to live
Description: Turquoise salamander with Peridot eyes.
Other: Aggressive, venomous bite.

Wolfe | 15 | Genderfluid
Race: Anthro Wolf
Homeworld: Aether
Motive: Killing those who have done them wrong
Description: Anthropomorphic grey wolf. Blue eyes.
Other: EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE. Best avoided at all costs.

Lilystar | 35 (cat years) | Female
Race: Oncilla (white, no markings)
Homeworld: Star Forest
Motive: Finding a new source of Water
Description: a white cat wearing a pale pink easter lily on her head. One yellow, one green eye.
Other: Came along with Lunastar, but with very different motives. Has no idea what she's doing

Suga | 1 | Male
Race: "a certain race of vampire Sugar Gliders"
Homeworld: Star Forest
Motive: To find a new source of food
Description: black sugar glider with red wing accents and diamond eyes.
Other:

Seanbobe

Rusty | 22 | Male
Race: Dog
Homeworld: Unknown. Currently engaged in a civil war.
Description: Golden retriever. Wears an eyepatch over his left eye. Has a human-like lifespan and intelligence. Knows a bit of magic, but not much. Can technically talk, but doesn't due to a throat injury making it incredibly painful. Friendly, but nervous around anyone new. A bit too soft for his own good.
Other: Is a scientist. The details are confidential. Is somewhat skeptical of everything.

Shpore

Beaker | Unknown | Female
Race: Secret God
Homeworld: Unknown, presumably the Backdoor
Motive: Unknown
Description: An enigmatic god of knowledge, logic, science and most importantly secrets, very little is truly known about Beaker (sometimes referred to as The Beaker) as she rarely ever makes an appearance and her followers are almost as reclusive as she is, earning her the title of the Secret God. Although supposedly inactive, she supposedly does plenty of work behind the scenes, in comparison to other gods who display their powers in a more ostentatious fashion. Typically, answers to rumors or mysteries regarding Beaker are often incoherent and many view her and her followers as conceited, impatient and condescending at times, especially when others aren't sharp enough to follow her explanations immediately.
Beaker's abilities lie in her role regarding the balance of the multiverse, capable of determining right from wrong and truth from lie, although these powers are shared by a group of her subordinates who judge those in the afterlife. Beaker also is capable of manipulating the definitions of science; for example, she is capable of changing the way a machine or some other system works and, on a larger scale, could disrupt the progression of time (for example, adding, amplifying or removing seasons or phases of the moon on Earth). Beaker is also capable of manipulating the mentality of others, modifying their morality, philosophy, logic and possibly their grip on reality as a whole.
Beaker does have weaknesses, however. For one, those who are unidentifiable, random, alien or lacking in a conscience may find Beaker's abilities to have very little effect at all (though, if they were to challenge Beaker, she would still prove to be a very strong opponent in terms of raw power). Although these people may sound nearly mythical, a certain other god who is the direct opposite—but also counterpart—of Beaker has made these qualities very widespread.
Beaker's physical appearance is that of a humanoid with incredibly pale white skin devoid of any color whatsoever. She has long black hair with small cyan streaks in it and bright blue eyes with dark sclerae. She wears a long black dress, over which she wears a teal tabard covered in circuit board patterns. She also wears black boots and a tri-tipped hat on her head. She's also a wheelchair user.
It is noted that because Beaker isn't a universal god of the multiverse that can rearrange the flow of time from her home dimension, and that she seems to not exactly have a homeworld (besides the Backdoor). Since she is not able to affect everything at once, she can only affect the world she is in, and cannot affect it any further once she has left.
Other: The animal commonly associated with Beaker is a toucan (referring to my older incarnation of her on the TBGs). I don't plan to do much with her in the story, only when the plot needs it. I may introduce a subordinate of hers later for more direct involvement.

TonyBrown148

Etude Limbo | 14 Stars (Her word for pony years) | F(Mare)
Race: Kirin
Homeworld: EQ-P1
Motive: To find a new place to live and belong.
Description: A kirin with light-green coat and brown mane. Her magic color is blue and have black eyes.
Other: She escaped from the silencing, and is afraid of going back, but she prefers to keep kirinal history as her secret.

\\/\/

Iridus | 5 years | Genderless
Race: Delta Class AI Automaton
Homeworld: Deepest Black (IX)
Description: An AI with a robotic body, of the Beta Class, meaning its design is capable of adapting and learning like a human, but not of becoming a singularity of information like the Alpha Class AI. Works as a submarine pilot.
Other: Beta class AI and above on Earth-45 are recognized as their own intelligent life forms, and enjoy free will.

Fye Yolnir | 13 (Fontar) 19.5 (Earth)| Male
Race: Salumen
Homeworld: Fontar (IX)
Description: Fye is a member of the Fontar resistance. He is a part of the same party which is on the mission to find a tide-turning weapon. He is a designated marksman (FYI a shorter range sniper who works more with a squad) and generally supports his allies in a offensive role. He doesn't have a universal translator, but can understand english (not speak it). He doesn't interact with outsiders much because of that, but likes to keep an air of camaraderie and friendliness with allies and sympathizers.
Other: Because Enso probably could do with other player characters to interact with.

Sleigh ds$@fdh??? | 1(Larvencarc)/6(Fox until time of death) | Male
Race: Arctic Fox/Larvencarc Queen
Homeworld: Golden Nexus (Formerly Earth-41)
Motive: Find his old identity or at least reconcile his current one.
Distract himself from thinking about his identity.
Work on avenging his own death (because that helps with Motive 2).
Description: Sleigh doesn't remember his name, and he got his current one because he saw a sleigh while wandering. He does remember that he's a hitreynard, his training, and he works for... some crime family. He remembers he died because of a gunshot to the head, but the damage to the brain has prevented the Larvencarc from getting all of his memories and in fact, his current personality doesn't match his old one, not that he would know.

Sleigh continues to live as a killer-for-hire, but in the Golden Nexus, where he receives very interesting targets. He wears a large cloth over his eye and around his head like an eyepatch from when he was shot through the eye (see above). He wears this because it reminds him of his death. He doesn't care about the larvencarc drones showing on his body, and it helps him intimidate, so he doesn't really cover up, except around his friends, of which he remembers none. So actually he doesn't cover up at all.
Other: Lives alone in Rusted Hopes (Golden Nexus Slums).

Dusk Jlyn | 231 | Genderfluid (varies between lives, and their body changes accordingly)
Race: Apolloian Human
Homeworld: Apollo
Motive: Find, coordinate, and recruit help to fight the Taxis in Warzone Orange
Description: They're usually in armor that covers head to toe. It's futuristic and has a helmet with a large visor that covers most of the front of the head, but is opuaqe. A notable feature is their red scarf.
Other: Resurrects on Apollo upon death. Regarding soul related things, yes, it's the same soul.

#5
RACES (work in progress)

AI (Earth-IX)
Native Worlds: IX
Description: AI robotic bodies from Earth-IX.  The Alpha Class is a singularity that consists of all of humanity's information, the Beta Class is intelligent enough to have free will, and anything below is basically a complicated computer program.  (UPDATE: a brief insctuction manual has been given on the nature of AI.)

Alicorns
Native Worlds: Equestria
Description: There are only two Alicorns in Equestria, being sisters Celestia and Luna.  Princess Celestia controlled the world's Sun and Luna, the world's Moon.  However, nearly 1,000 years ago, Luna threatened an eternal night out of jealousy of Celestia since all the sapient races they governed just happened to be Diurnal, and got a cool new evil transformation called Nightmare Moon to boot.  Celestia didn't exactly take too kindly to this, so she decided to up and banish her to the moon.  However, Nightmare Moon seems to be slated to break out in just a few weeks.  Or months.  I dunno, I just manage this rp.

Earth Ponies
Native Worlds: Equestria
Description: Earth Ponies are one of the three pony races native to Equestria.  They don't have horns that allow them to cast spells or wings that allow them to fly but what they do have is a passive ability to produce better crops, which should be a good addition for traveling the Multiverse.

Gems
Native Worlds: Gemspace
Description: A race of inorganic imperialistic beings of hard light whose appearances can be comparable to human women for the most part.  They seem to go by she/her anyway.  They have a weapon they can summon from their gem and are also allegedly able to fuse with each other, morphing their two bodies into one.  They are also naturally immortal, the first and oldest of which, White Diamond, stated to be over a hundred times older than the Alicorn Sisters in Equestria.  If their physical forms are damaged, they will simply retreat in their gem to regenerate.  However, the gems on their bodies can still break, which effectively amounts to killing them, or other gems can trap them in a bubble, so they're not invincible.

Goilen
Native Worlds: Toria
Description: A large, dark in color, shark-esque in appearance bipedal species originating from Dazan, the females of which usually possessing horns off the top of their head, theorized to be a leftover evolution from long ago used to protect their young. They've also evolved to be heat and magic resistance, though this magic resistance has the side of effect of making it difficult for them to use magic resulting in them relying more on enchantments and magic runes instead. Some of them may try to circumvent this trait though by covering themselves in magic runes. It's entirely possible for them to reach heights of up to 8 feet and live up to 120 years. Their species is naturally nocturnal, though some have attempted to abandon their nocturnal nature with the rise of civilization.

Humans
Native Worlds: Earth-29, Earth-41, Gemspace, IX, Toria
Description: Hairless primates.  Y'know, the kind on the other side of the computer screen.  Yes.  You.  Reading this.  This breed of humans is practically identical to the real-life version, and are (un)surprisingly abundant in the Multiverse.

Frogs
Native Worlds: Bretis
Description: Frogs.  Probably sapient, since they're on the list.  Not much is known about Bretis.

Larvencarc Queens
Native Worlds: Unknown, potentially IX depending on how things go there.
Description: A tiny flesh-eating insect that plugs itself into a host's brain after pieces of it have been consumed from the outside and uses the body as a mobile nest, effectively making them a form of zombies. These "mobile nests" often mimic  may at times get aggressive towards other creatures, including other "mobile nests", and, if it's not already inhabited, may try to either plug another Lavencarc Queen into their brain or move their current queen into the new body if the current one is too unusable. Lavencarc Queens are capable of remotely controlling a swarm of Lavencarc who make the mobile nest their home. Lavencarc Queen possessed individuals can usually be identified by their mangled bodies and swarm of Lavencarc swarming around them.

Something interesting happens when a Lavencarc Queen possesses a sentient being, where they actually retain their sentience to the point of knowing they are actually tiny bugs plugged into a brain, usually inheriting similar personality traits to the being they have possessed. Their swarm, however, remains non-sentient, though can still be controlled as normal. These sentient Lavencarc Queens are much less aggressive than their non-sentient versions, and usually just want to live in peace among others. Sentient Lavencarc Queens, knowing and understanding that other people will be grossed out by their mangled bodies, being grossed out about it as well (depending on if the species they've possessed would find it gross), usually wear lots of clothing to cover their skin, wear masks with many holes to cover their face while still letting their swarm through, and try to keep their swarm inside their bodies. Though Lavencarc Queens are technically all female, they usually identify as the gender of the person they have possessed.

Mechanical Angels
Native Worlds: Unknown, could theoretically be found in any world.
Description: https://tbgforums.com/forums/index.php?msg=532618

Pegasi
Native Worlds: Equestria
Description: One of the three pony races native to Equestria.  Pegasi are most well-known for their ability to fly despite having the shape of a horse, but equestrian Pegasi possess magic that grants them the ability to manipulate the weather on at least a small scale individually through the physical manipulation of clouds.  Due to being able to move clouds, they are also logistically able to walk on them.

Red Foxes
Native Worlds: Earth-41
Description: Like real-life red foxes, who can be jerks, but sapient and therefore capable being more self-aware jerks.

Salumen
Native Worlds: IX
Description: Salumen are bipedal lizardfolk native to Fontar, an earthlike planet circling a (currently) unnamed star with slightly hotter temperatures than on Earth.  Apart from their reptilian appearance and coldblooded nature, One of their defining traits is their multicolored bioluminescence that runs on their back, as well as their tail and arms.  They mature at age 9 and tend to live a good 45-55 years, with a year on their planet being approximate to one and a half on earth.

Wallrunners
Native Worlds: Aether
Description:  A race of strong loners with the appearance of horned beetles, but nearly one and a half times the size of a human.  Most of their kind tends to the wall around the Forest of Aether, reportedly making three circles around the thing throughout their lifetime.  ...Look, I don't know how they work either.

Yaxisians
Native Worlds: Planet Yaxis, Worlds in the Yaxis Empire
Description: Insectoid creatures that are from the Yaxis empire. Their society is essentially one huge military, with "civilians" organized into Logistics Unions. Despite their warmongering nature, their members lead comfortable lives outside of war, earned through spoils and paid in blood. Those who reach 15 terms* of service lead downright decadent lives. They breed very quickly and so can replace their many lost. With families consisting of an interconnected polycule of parents and many children.

Native races (List doesn't have to be complete!): Pegasi, Unicorns, Earth Ponies, Alicorns (Only Celestia and NMM), Kirin, Changelings, Batponies, Griffins...
Other: Yep, that's gonna have some friendship there.

There's not really a sign up sheet for species but I'm tempted to make a character of this species so here we go. Hope this is alright.

World Name:
Officially as named by Earth-45* Pioneers: ALEF 1239
Common name in English: Deepest Black
World Tag (2-5 characters long): A1239
Brief description: One of many sunless planets in the multiverse. It has one large moon, which orbits it and warms it through tidal heating. It is covered in water, but due to not revolving around a star, the surface is hard ice, possibly thicker than earth's crust (sonar and other scans inconclusive, internal measurements pending). The combined astrology scientists of Earth 45 decided to select this planet for research, breaching the crust with an astronomical amount of power, and entering and setting up a Gateway before it froze over again. Now the science installation here explores the deep and black waters of the planet, with submarines designed to handle the immense pressure. Careful now, some non-scientist personnel say there's eldritch horrors down here.
Native races (List doesn't have to be complete!): If there is a sapient native race, they've never made contact with the humans. At least, it hasn't been documented. There must be something that swallows transmissions and disappears explorers. The dangerous life is plenty documented though.
Other: *Earth-45 is displaced from a timestream that is further along than Earth-29, a slightly common occurrence in the grand scheme of the multiverse.
Yours Truly,
