Successfully ported the FS3 tooltip to the MF Forums. At least it made me more experienced in HTML and CSS, if nothing else.

pretty sure all those colors are wrong, also you forgot the border (it's dark purple)

Color accuracy isn't a big priority, in my opinion. As for the border, I couldn't get the border to show up, despite the fact that I used the border-width and border-color attributes.
