Governments panic over temperature increases, nations worldwide are confused as sea levels rise, humidity goes up, and marine life suffers. Countries near the equator become unbearably hot during the day and in some cases uninhabitable. Several rich nations work on evacuating these communities. Temperatures reach 2.43 degrees Celsius above normal levels in the far north and south with a peak of 7.59 degrees at the equator. The public have been advised to stay indoors during the day and avoid sunlight where possible. Covering windows and openings is recommended. Travel at night is the safest option.

I need more information:
Which SCP-001 proposals are real? Is it only "When Day Breaks" or all of them?
Also, I think the title should include "When Day Breaks" so the settings are clearer.
