Fixed, I've missed this for a little while.
Quote from: Joyous ThetaCarmilla decides to switch out her iron sword for an assassin's dagger and a steel shield while she's at it, and tries to get somebody to divert some resources into getting that magic shop constructed.

(What exactly does assassination bonus do?)
You put the iron sword down before you obtained the assassin's dagger and the steel shield. you ask someone about helping you build the magic shop until Tailclaw comes across to you and talks to you "Hello there, I can help you with building the magic shop and want to use 100 iron or 40 steel to build this for you?"

From the Handbook which tells about something about assassination bonus.
Assassination Bonus: Like critical hits, wielders of the knives and daggers can go stealth via 1 action or a turn and striking the target for increased damage and stronger tiers can ignore a portion of damage reduction which can be used against tough and tanky opponents. If you want to see more information, check the handbook if you were stumped.
