You use the last user's word's last letter to make a new letter.  Then you add the letter length to the letter count.
Example from actual gameplay:
User 1: Paper (5)
User 2: Rousing (12)
User 3: Grocery (19)
User 4: Yank (23)
Game ends when there's no words available.
No double-posting.
