I don't know why some of my stats are worse than the other spellswords, in terms of things like health, power and all that.

If you notice, your defensive stats are a little better (you have slightly more HP, Def and Res) but your offensive stats are a little worse (slightly less Pow, Spd and Luck), but it's not really enough to make a huge difference tbh
(Spellswords are mostly all-rounders but I've tried to vary the stats slightly since we have 3, so Teddy's a little more powerful, Steve's a little more defensive and Zongus's slightly faster)

Edit: also if you're not talking about stats and you're talking about the damage you're dealing, that might be because I'm using a Fire tome which has a bit more power than the Iron sword that you're wielding, but you can switch in your turn
