The group heads inside the ruins, the dim light of a torch in the distance illuminating the room to an extent. A strange, dark energy can be felt throughout the central area, as if they are being watched...

This seems eerily familiar. Kinda like the magic that was in the caves at Arcadia.

"Guys, I think Avalanche has a trail."

Verdun swears and attempts to use a spell on the door.

"Let's just keep an eye out for anything suspicious." Raven said, gripping his sword

"Well, that's just a given." Asmund responds, gripping his sword as well.

"Hey, there seems to he something ahead!" Nino tells the group, "Well, at least I think there is."

"Might be a hallucination." Asmund comments.

"Maybe? It doesnt look like it though..." Nino says, looking down a hallway.

Asmund pauses for a moment. "That was a joke, you know."

Avalanche keeps looking.

"I'm sure there's something ahead." Fenroch grumbles, halfheartedly checking the door for a keyhole. "I rather doubt it will be friendly."

"Yes, that would be in line with our journey so far." Asmund agrees.

Avalanche sees what appears to be a group of shamans and a female swordmaster. They seem to be talking abiut aomething...

There is a door with a lock on it. Might be useful if you wanna unlock it.

Down the hallway there appears to be a chest. The hallway seems to be covered in foilage and vines, so traversing through it might be difficult.

Fenroch regretfully ignores the chest and kneels in front of the door. He takes out his tools and attempts to pick the lock.

After fiddling around the lock with your pick, you opened the locked door.

Inside you see a library that from the looks of it used to be filled with books. Unfortunately, alot of the books appear to be taken save for a few. On the table, you also see a pouch of money and a note.
