Bolt took a nap.

Smiley's fist shook near Bolt's door.  Another second and he said, "I feel guilty from trying to knock you out of the sky," from outside the door.

Bolt's mouth dropped open.  Taking small steps, he went over to the door and opened it.

"And I'm sorry for knocking you unconscious."

"I deserved it.  ...I guess I'll see you around."

"Yeah, I guess."

Smiley went back to his apartment and slept for the night.

time skip to the next morning

Bolt woke up and went to the clothing store, even though he can't do anything other than stare at the stuff they have for sale.

Smiley went to the clothing store as well.

"I wonder why we can't buy these things ourselves.  ...Can we?"
