"Well, we are going to out a stop to it then." Rebecca says. She begins to head towards the cave.

While he walked, Fenroch took the ring out of his pocket and examined it.
"Hey, you think this is worth anything?" He asked, showing it to Rebecca.

Rebecca looked at the ring.

"That actually might. Nino had one like that and she changed. Athough it only works on mages I think."

"Ah. So I have to find a mage to sell it to. Inconvenient."

"Or you can give it Anduin, Lucius, or Verdun." Rebecca says, "They might need it."

"I could. But I doubt they'd pay as well."

Hecten looked at corpse last time... "They need the burial..."

Fenroch sighed. "Fine, fine. Gifts later, battle now."
He laughed.
"I'm hardly the person to be stopping a book theft."
He kept walking.

Hecten sighed before going into cave.

Rush to Hadeku's side, hoping there might be a slim chance of survival.
Feel for vital signs, such as pulse or breath.

Asmund goes into the cave followed quickly by Verdun who shakes his head in sadness at the confirmation of Hadeku's death.

"Hadeku... we will avenge you..." Nino whispered, as she heads towards the cave.

End of Chapter 11

Chapter 12 - The Book of the Shadow

"Alright, so you are certain the book is around here?" Ruby asked her associate.

"Do you judge our master's wisdom?" Gus replied, "Look around, maybe we will find it."

After sometime, the duo eventually finds an altar.

"Do you think this is it?"

"Why don't we check it out."

They begin to approach the altar, and a horrible chill goes down their spine. Upon reaching there, they both see a darkened book.

"I think this is it." Ruby says, I am going to deliver this to Leon now."

"I will take care of anyone else alive. Cannot have any uprisings, and my axe is thirsty for blood."

"Whatever Gus, I don't know why you would want to waste it on scholars and weak men. I'm off." Ruby then pulls out a blackened stone, throws it onto the ground, and warps away from the cave.

Meanwhile, the group has entered the cave.

"Alright, lets go locate this book before anything bad happens!" Rebecca says.

Fenroch nods. "Quickly, we wasted time fighting."
He moves forward, wary of an ambush.

Upahead, you see some more of those cultists. However, something is amiss... they are attacking someone!

Fenroch pauses.
This could be a diversion.
He moved quickly towards the cultists. If it was a diversion, it was working very well. If he saw the person who'd planned it, he'd have to shake his hand. And then perhaps stab him.

...it doesn't seem like a diversion. It very well is a distraction from your main goal though. The odds look grim for the man. 8 against one. It is surprising that he even is still alive.

Fenroch approached the nearest attacker. He drew his blade and thrust at the cultist.
"Sorry we're late, our invitations got lost!" he called.

The man looks at you. "Wait a second, aren't you-"

His voice is soon interrupted by the cultists going after the group.

Shaman: 8

With a quick strike, the shaman falls. The rest begin to get ready to strike.

Asmund attacked a nearby cultist while Verdun quickly threw a tome at another.

Fenroch doesn't look at the man. "Sorry, this won't take long."
He calls to the rest of the group as he goes for another cultist.
"I'd appreciate some help here, guys."

"Oh, thank you."

The fire spell misses. The shaman counters.

Another Shaman down. 5 now remain.

A shaman attacks her.

Rebecca: 12
Shaman: 18

The dark bolt hits her.
