But and sell buildings for prices that go up and down. Rent and building price fluctuate randomly, and you don't have to trade between players for the listed price.

Hostile takeover: fine: @2500
A hostile takeover here, is hiring mercenaries to steal houses.
Mercenaries: @300 a piece.
It's expensive, it's dirty, and I can confenscate stolen property. But it works.
