Resetting is when a count starts over from 0.
Restarting is when a count starts over from 1.

If you're in favor of resetting, you post RSE#. If you're in favor of restarting, you post RST#. It works similarly to Browser Wars, except when RSE begins a count they begin from 0, and when RST begins a count they begin from 1.
