Roll a die with 0 to 7, in binary. It will determine what team you're in.

000: -1 X, -1 Y, -1 Z
001: -1 X, -1 Y, 1 Z
010: -1 X, 1 Y, -1 Z
011: -1 X, 1 Y, 1 Z
100: 1 X, -1 Y, -1 Z
101: 1 X, -1 Y, 1 Z
110: 1 X, 1 Y, -1 Z
111: 1 X, 1 Y, 1 Z

The 8 teams compete to get X, Y, and Z to -30 or +30.
If X gets to -30, then teams 000, 001, 010 and 011 win.
If X gets to 30, then teams 100, 101, 110 and 111 win.
If Y gets to -30, then teams 000, 001, 100 and 101 win.
If Y gets to 30, then teams 010, 011, 110, and 111 win.
If Z gets to -30, then teams 000, 010, 100 and 110 win.
If Z gets to 30, then teams 001, 011, 101 and 111 win.
In case any axis reaches -30 or 30, reset that axis to 0 (e.g. (30, 5, -6) to (0, 5, -6). Also, everyone has to switch teams before they can play.

001: wins -X, -Y and Z
010: wins -X, Y and -Z
011: wins -X, Y and Z
100: wins X, -Y and -Z
101: wins X, -Y and Z.
110: wins X, Y and -Z.
111: wins X, Y and Z.

Rules
1. No double-posting unless 1 or more axis is within 10 to winning. No triple-, quadrple-, or 5-posting.
2. Don't make loopholes. I'm still spying ChildGamer on you.
3. You cannot switch teams until an axis reaches 30 and it gets reset.
4. You cannot use alts.
