I don't hate this, but this annoys me: When the main protagonist makes a heroic sacrifice and then comes back alive. It's pretty cliche in my opinion.

10/10 (a movie with a sad ending would demonstrate that life isn't all sunshine and rainbows. I prefer movies with happy endings, but still...)
