Hey there.
So basically, all you do is say 'yum' or 'yuck' depending on whether or not you like the above food/beverage.

Eh... kinda "yuck", although I'd eat it if I had to, as long as it's not covered in mold.

mostly yum if it is the lighter part I dislike dark lettuce
