This is based off of the hilarious play, Please Hold!

Based on the previous post, you are two persons:

If the previous person is a the person calling the TBG Support team...
You are assigned a position to respond to calls given by random people- TBGers or not.  You are an operator!  Your job is to answer the calls to the "best" of your ability and hopefully solve the problem.  You are not allowed to hang up or put them on hold for the next 10 rounds (rounds can be greater than 10 rounds).  But as the situations get more chaotic, you end each round with "Please hold."

If the previous person is a support person
You are calling the TBGs.  It can be about anything- a question about the forums, a comment, a concern, or even can be a random prank.  BUT!  You cannot hang up before the operator places you on hold.  Your job is to keep the operator going about your topic you have to the operators.

Rounds cannot continue after the round has finished with "Please Hold".  "Please hold" must be said in an individual post.
After that, say hello or a greeting to the next user to play as the TBG Caller.

(I thought since it more involved with conversations, it didn't really apply as a "game" compared to a "role play game.")

"I saw a link on the TBGs."

There are a lot of links on the TBGs, that doesn't seem like a problem.

"Well this one in particular about some kid ranting about the quality of the tbgs. From what I've read, everyone has been hostile, and I do not feel safe."

Oh, it's completely safe.  We have 24/7 moderators, so the site is never hostile!

"Really? I'm the only guy online, and I'm not a mod."

Look.  We have to sleep okay?

"I know that. We have people in Australia who could be mods for us overnight."

NO, we do not need mods in Australia.  This is a United States based company, even though our president is Australian.

Then why'd you say 24/7 if it's not 24/7?

Because they go online when you report stuff!  Don't know know that?

Spambots.  There's such a thing as spambots.

You don't know what they are?  Well, in a nutshell, they're these things that tend to spam random forum places.
