I probably have growl and tackle.
So I use tackle on Hoppip

You have all the moves that Bulbasaur can ever get by leveling up.
So all these: Tackle, Growl, Vine Whip, Poison Powder, Sleep Powder, Take Down, Razor Leaf, Sweet Scent, Growth, Double-Edge, Worry Seed, Synthesis, Seed Bomb

Hoppip's HP went down to 96%!

Bulbasaur used Growth. It didn't do anything... (No stats in this game, so they can't get boosted)

Hoppip used Bounce. Hoppip bounced high into the air.
