WELCOME TO EAST MIDDLE SCHOOL.  GONE WRONG.

So... You could say that middle school on its own is middle school gone wrong.  Because that's true.  But all that is actually quite normal and good at East Middle School.  There are some really, really DARK secrets going on here.

Some students at East Middle School seem to have... powers, as you could call them.  Some of them have the power of fire.  Others the power of air.  And then you have the water and earth elements.

It was a secret.  Then someone accidentally lit their math textbook on fire using their powers, and now almost the whole school knows.  ALMOST.  The teachers don't know.

You can roleplay as fire, water, earth, or air.  You can also play as having powers, but not any of a specific element.  An example would be having super intelligence, but not any powers of the main elements.  You can also be another element if you can think of one, but remember to keep it not too OP.

Also, if you don't live in a country where middle school exists, here are the age ranges:
6th grade - 11-12
7th grade - 12-13
8th grade - 13-14
If your character is not within that age range, then they may have been put ahead a grade, or held back a grade.  You can have a 15-year-old 8th grader, but that means they failed one year.  You can also have an 11-year-old 7th grader, but they're probably really smart.

And a few rules:
1) No ridiculous powers.
2) Don't kill someone's character without permission.  And also don't expect your character to have a 100% chance of getting away with it.
3) Dating is allowed, but please nothing more.  (You can have a "boyfriend"/"girlfriend" and go on "dates", but please nothing overly romantic or disgusting.)
4) Nothing extremely dark.
5) You can have up to 5 characters.  (If you are a teacher, that takes up the place of 2 characters.)

She went to a bathroom and looked at her hair. She must have imagined something.

John and Jason walk out of class together, amused by an incident where a student knocked over his desk.

Riley walked out of class and into the hallway.  She accidentally bumped into John and Jason.

Kevin walked into the hallway as well, busy finishing a thought in a small notebook. He tripped over Riley, John, and Jason.

Jason is slightly annoyed, but keeps going, while John stays behind.

"Watch where you are walking, please. "
How she said the smiley face she does not know.

"Sorry", Kevin said. He then continued to his next class, the air behind him feeling strangely hot and cold at the same time.

Aria walked out of the bathroom and nearly ran into Kevin. "S-sorry." She was tempted to shove him out of the way, as she walked faster than almost everyone, including Kevin.

Riley backed out of the way of all of the kids tripping over each other, and went down a different hallway to leave school and get on the bus to go home.

Yet there Aria was, shoving through masses of people in the hallway.

One of those people happened to be Riley.

"Hey, don't shove me!" Riley screamed and she ran after Aria to keep up with Aria's fast walking speed.

Aria looked back, unable to locate the 7th grader chasing her through the mass of students leaving the school, and looked forwards again.

This was because Riley had changed her mind and slipped back into the crowd before she accidentally got into a fight with Aria.

However, she was still upset and decided that if Aria tried it again, she was going to do something about it.

John Cheers the Fight on, as Jason just watches it, not wanting to interfere.

Aria got on her bus and sat near her friends.

(Time skip to 7:50 the next morning.  The bell rings to start first period at 8:05)

Riley sat in her science class, trying to finish her homework.  She hadn't noticed that she had skipped three problems last night until now.

Kevin was in his math class, struggling with a quadratic inequality.
