5 people join the Welcome Wagon. For every 5, 1 can join the Welcome Wonka.
I post, starting the wagon 1 meter on the trail. Then, after the other Welcome Wagon members post, pushing the Welcome Wagon along 1 meter closer to the TBGs, a Welcome Wonka member can try to infect one with dysentery. If they aren't outposted by a Welcome Wagon member, they will infect a member with dysentery. If the dysentery-infected member's next post ends in 0, they die of dysentery for some reason and can only be roused if they post "____ is Trying To Revive" 5 times without interruption by a Welcome Wonka member. If two Welcome Wonka members post in a row, the second post doesn't count.
If everybody dies of dysentery, we start again. If the Welcome Wonka makes us reset 30 times or more, or we can't make it by August 2015, we fail and the Welcome Wonka will be the topic's name! If we finish the trail, the Welcome Wagon will return and kick away the imposer Welcome Wonka Wagon.
I can't die of dysentery until everyone else has. I only have to post 3 times in a row, and can try to save myself once before dying by posting 3 times without interruption.

everyone wanted it to be the welcome wagon but then this one guy was like "ugh i want it to be the welcome wonka!!!111" so they compromised
